Ah!! Hi!! Thanks for joining me here at my new little internet corner. I have been back and forth about making a blog for YEARS. I really started to work on this about a year ago. Endless drafts…backspace…delete…delete.
I found a note in my freshman year planner that said “work on blog?” So I’m finally deciding to change the question mark at the end. I found this quote from the book #GirlBoss by Sophia Amoruso and felt like it was time to apply it to my life.
“It is she who listens to the rest of the world who fails, and it is she who has enough confidence to define success and failure for herself who succeeds.”
So I’m deciding not to listen to the rest of the world. If I never try, I guess I will never know. I’m also learning that it’s cool to support what other people are passionate about and better to keep quiet if you don’t. Empowered women, empower women. If you’re reading this and looking for a sign to start a youtube channel, go out for that sports team or just buy that plane ticket. This is your sign. This life is too short to let other people’s opinions hold you back from taking a jump.
I am making this blog as a creative outlet for myself. I get lost in a sea of blogs and youtube videos a bit too often and while I feel that I am too awkward in front of the camera for now…I have always loved to write.

I love anything and everything that is turquoise. If you know me you know this. I think I have had “mint candy apple” by Essie on my nails since I was born. I have a really amazing family. I studied Elementary Education and Global Studies in Boston. Education is a huge passion of mine. I hate scary movies. I am a cancer, which I guess means the stars determined that I am an emotional blob which is somewhat true. I love a killer workout with some gal pals. I love old movies and cartoons. I could probably chat with you in a coffee shop for hours. I always have the same 11:11 wish. I am dog obsessed. I love love to travel.
Setting this little baby up was SO much work than I thought it was going to be. To all of you tech creatives out there: bless your brilliant wizard hearts.
