A Day in Boston

Last week, Olivia and I took the train into Boston to have a little girls day! I was so happy to be back in one of my favorite cities for the day! Here is a little outline of what we did if you are looking to head into Boston sometime soon!

Coffee at Tatte

Ahhh the sweet caffeinated memories. I always get an iced latte with oat milk. One of the many things I miss about living in Boston. This place feels so warm and cozy – good idea to get here a little earlier than noon since the place fills up fast!

Ice-Skating at the Frog Pond

I had not been skating in over a year so I was a bit nervous! Skate rental is $12 for adults and $6 for kids! You can also rent a locker to store your things!

Shop the look

I got so many compliments on these white boots and you should have seen peoples reactions when I told them they were under $50 on amazon. They are crazy comfy and I’m gonna need to get them in black!

Drinks at Citrus & Salt

We walked around on Newbury for a little bit and then walked over to Citrus & Salt for a frozen margarita and chips and guac. Their kitchen hadn’t open yet so we decided to leave for another dinner spot.

Dinner at Lolita

We grabbed a quick bite to eat at Lolita! It was so yummy – I would recommend the tacos and quesadillas! They also bring out cotton candy at the end which was random but yummy. This spot was quite the opposite of Citrus and Salt. It was more of a Vampire Diaries lair type of feel…with cotton candy and great tequila.

After drinks a show is perfect to slip in! A music, comedy, or play would be great!

After we went out to Bell in Hand. I had so much fun dancing around! Felt like a college kid again haha!

I hope that this helps you plan your next trip into the city! There is sooo much to do but this is just what we did! 🙂

Always,

Madison
